Policy for families with alternate payment arrangements
In the situation where multiple individuals are responsible for the payment of fees, payment division has to be agreed upon between those parties prior to registering. The individual registering the child is obligated to take full responsibility for payments.
The parent who has custody of the child is the one who can register and is responsible for arranging the payment division with any relevant parties.
We will not accept children if there is not a plan of payment, and we will not litigate payment plans between individuals. The guardian registering the child can let us know if there is an arrangement confirmed by all parties and then we will receive payments based on those instructions.
Privacy: We don't share information about one individual’s payment with another individual, just as we don't share information about one parent with another. We don't share information unless we are legally obligated by subpoena.
