The Role

The role of the Head Staff member is to prepare properly for her job, execute her job in camp, and be a team player together with her fellow staff members. She also is a Dugma Chaya for the campers she interacts with.

Before Camp (if applicable):

  • Plan activities/schedules/programs
  • Work with fellow head staff members
  • Submit supplies lists

    • During Camp:

  • Execute job
  • Be a team player
  • Be a Dugma Chaya

    • After Camp:

  • Provide list of inventory
  • Submit feedback

    • What to expect from us:
